About The Position
ACE Homecare is seeking a responsible and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA. This position offers flexible hours based on your scheduling needs, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. The role involves providing in-home nursing care in a safe environment, with personal protective equipment (PPE) provided to ensure the safety of both the clinician and the patients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes, which may include infants, children, and adolescents. In this role, you will demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills necessary to serve patients and their families professionally. You will provide one-on-one patient care, assess patients for stability, and ensure that all doctor's orders are followed. Your responsibilities will also include verifying medication dosages, documenting patient complaints, vital signs, current medications, and allergies accurately. Additionally, you will engage in health promotion activities, teaching, and training family members as needed. Other duties may be assigned as required by the needs of the patients and the organization.
