The LPN position at Calhoun Healthcare Center involves providing essential nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being through various tasks such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal hygiene. Responsibilities

• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing areas of residents with poor skin integrity.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
• Helping Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid GA State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.
• Proficient with documentation.
• A heart to serve the elderly population.
