About the position

The LPN position at DelRicht Research is a temporary, full-time role focused on providing quality patient care in clinical research studies. The role involves ensuring that patients have a positive experience during their visits, adhering to clinical trial protocols, and effectively communicating with pharmaceutical sponsors. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of compliance and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care and ensure a positive experience for patients in clinical research studies.
• Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering to clinical trial protocols 100% of the time.
• Conduct self-review of charting for accuracy and quality.
• Act as the unblinded resource in double-blind, double-placebo controlled studies.
• Administer investigational products and medications as required.
• Collect general data for patient visits, including patient questionnaires and data entry into online systems.
• Communicate effectively with pharmaceutical sponsors regarding charting and patient data.
• Maintain physician trust by being a knowledgeable resource and keeping physicians informed of their schedules and clinical trial patients.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN license.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience and comfort with administering intramuscular (IM) injections.
• Immediate availability for start date.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior clinical research experience (not required but preferred).
