About the position
The LPN position at Deck West Reading, PA, is a contract role focused on providing care to critically ill patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. Responsibilities
- Monitor critically ill patients/inmates using various medical devices.
- Measure heart rates, breathing rates, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
- Administer medications and provide necessary support to patients.
- Recognize symptoms and signs of cardiopulmonary emergencies and initiate standardized interventions.
- Monitor patients at bedside or remotely from a central location.
Requirements
- Prior 1 year of LPN experience required.
- Active LPN license required.
- Active BLS-AHA certification required.
