About the position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse position at Parc Provence Memory Care is responsible for overseeing the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. This role is ideal for individuals with sound clinical judgment who are team players and enjoy working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee CNAs and CMTs in providing care to residents.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
- Maintain high health and safety standards for staff and residents.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri.
- One year of experience as an LPN, two or more years preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and co-workers.
