The Loyalty Research Team (LRT) at LTIMindtree is seeking a dedicated LRT Engineer (Tech Support) to serve as the first point of contact for analyzing shield anomalies and implementing corrective actions using the Reparo tool. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and requires a candidate with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating logs and code to accurately identify issues and implement solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for debugging code and pinpointing problems that may arise within our systems. While candidates may not necessarily come from a Go programming background, a solid understanding of Java, REST APIs, Kafka, and both relational and non-relational databases is essential. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Candidates will be expected to work from the Phoenix, AZ office three days a week, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that enhances team dynamics and productivity.
