About the position

The Deployment Spares Analyst at Pratt & Whitney plays a crucial role in supporting the F135 Lightning Sustainment Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This position involves coordinating with various teams to enhance global supply chain management capabilities for the F135 program. The analyst will focus on refining deployment spares support solutions, ensuring operational readiness, and engaging in metrics reporting to improve logistics services. This role offers opportunities for personal growth and development within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activated ASP/DSP kits to meet customer's readiness levels.
• Support annual ASP/DSP Kit optimizations and training detachment support, including modeling requests, spares Pack-Up Kit review, and analysis and development of CONOPs.
• Perform inventory support and conduct RCCA to identify root causes of inventory misalignments and report findings.
• Prepare presentations to convey data sets and root cause analysis to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics Management.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in a distribution enterprise (warehousing, transportation, supply chain, and/or logistics).
• At least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Familiarization with US TRANSCOM and DLA transportation organizations and regulations.
• Import/Export experience with EAR and ITAR-regulated material.
• In-depth knowledge of PW/RTX internal supply policies and practices.
• Proficiency in SAP spares-related transactions.
