About the position

The position involves evaluating new LTE EMS and OAM feature requirements from customers, collaborating with both customers and the development team to finalize these requirements. The role includes high-level system design, field integration, customization, optimization of features, and performance evaluation. The candidate will engage in system engineering for a wide range of LTE EMS and OAM features related to the LTE Element Management System.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of new LTE EMS and OAM feature requirements from customers.
• Work with customers and development team to finalize requirements.
• High Level System Design of LTE EMS and OAM Features.
• Field Integration, Customization and Optimization of the Features.
• Performance Evaluation, Problem Analysis and Resolution.
• System Engineering of LTE EMS and OAM features related to various management systems.

Requirements

• MS/BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS).
• Minimum of 5 years experience with design/development of LTE/WiMAX/UMTS/CDMA network related EMS/OAM standards and protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and communicate with a broad set of team members of varying knowledge base.
