About the position

The LTO Associate position at Pactiv Evergreen involves operating lift trucks and managing clerical processing of shipments in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring adherence to safety policies while maintaining efficient material flow and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks, forklifts, reach or clamp trucks for material handling.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments from the plant to the warehouse.
• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Fill in for the SAP Coordinator and Warehouse Lead during vacations.
• Schedule shipments to maintain minimal finished goods while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Plan and control material flow for JIT requirements with receiving locations.
• Coordinate with spotter drivers for incoming and outgoing loads.
• Maintain Grant Park shipping rules and update databases for SAP inventory transactions.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in month-end inventory processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse lead for incoming flake receipts and with Logistics Lead on trailer movements.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience operating lift trucks, forklifts, reach or clamp trucks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage shipments and inventory.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP inventory management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
