About the position

The LTO Associate position at Pactiv Evergreen involves operating lift trucks and managing clerical processing of shipments in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring safety and efficiency in material handling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clerical processing of shipments inbound and outbound from the plant to the warehouse.
• Follows all plant safety policies & procedures.
• Versatile schedule to fill in at the plant to cover vacation coverage of the SAP Coordinator and Warehouse Lead.
• Schedules shipments to maintain minimal finished goods at all times while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Plans and controls material flow for JIT requirements with receiving locations.
• Coordinate and work with spotter drivers for loads coming in and going out of KDS.
• Responsible for maintaining Grant Park shipping rules.
• Responsible for database updates and SAP inventory transactions.
• Responsible for daily cycle counts.
• Works with warehouse lead for incoming flake receipts.
• Works with Logistics Lead on trailer movements from plant to the warehouse.
• Responsible for assisting in month end inventory.
• Participates in safety programs.

Requirements

• At least one year experience operating lift truck, forklift, reach or clamp trucks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
