We are looking for a LTP INSIDE SALES MANAGER at our facility in Orlando, FL to market and conduct installed base analysis for Siemens Energy's Long-Term-Program (LTP) landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for transparent tracking and reporting of actuals and forecasts for relevant KPIs such as Order Entry, Revenue, and Gross Margin. You will work to increase regional sales transparency through sales funnel and financial reporting analyses, and develop business cases and go-to-market strategies for Cyber growth in LTPs. Additionally, you will develop solution packages tailored to different markets, customers, and LTP concepts. Your responsibilities will include driving lead generation and account planning with regional counterparts, managing complex and large-scale bids through the offering phase, and creating cost calculations, process flows, bid and contractual language, as well as sales enablement and marketing materials. You will also track global sales performance, provide transparency on status and progress, and develop presentations for senior executives. Improving and automating current sales, offer, and tracking processes and materials will be a key focus, along with facilitating best practice sharing across regions. You will drive and support the analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the current business and identify areas for improvement. This position requires 5% domestic travel.
