About the position

The LTS Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Weymouth Public Schools is a full-time role focused on supporting middle school students, particularly those in autism programs. The BCBA will be responsible for evaluating students, developing behavioral assessments and intervention plans, and supervising direct service providers to ensure effective implementation of programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the District including autism programs (Communication Enhancement Program)
• Evaluate students for services using ABBLS, observational data, and checklists
• Oversee the collection and analysis of data for student progress
• Develop Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Supervise all direct service providers in the school
• Schedule direct service providers for home programming
• Oversee and supervise home programming (Parent training model)
• Develop home program books and ensure consistency in programming
• Develop goals for Individual Education Programs
• Collaborate with principals and staff on a variety of cases

Requirements

• BCBA Board Certified Required
• Master's Degree or higher
