About the position
The Lube Technician is responsible for performing fluid services such as oil changes, transmission maintenance, and tire repairs. This role involves educating customers on necessary vehicle maintenance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The technician will also perform preventive maintenance on equipment and follow safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Performing preventive maintenance on fluid services equipment
- Explaining programs, services, and pricing structure to customers
- Attending relevant training sessions
- Notifying the Shop Manager of safety hazards or needed equipment repairs
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence at all levels of service
- Automotive and retail experience
- Good communication skills and upbeat personality
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer service (1 year preferred)
- Experience as a technician (1 year preferred)
- Valid Driver's License (preferred)
