About the position
The Lube Technician at Baierl Subaru is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance tasks in accordance with dealership and factory standards. This role focuses on ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and ready for customer use, while also providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
- Change engine oil and filters.
- Conduct complete vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
- Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
- Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with proficiency in both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
