The Lube Technician position at T5 West Operations involves providing excellent customer service while performing oil changes and light maintenance services. Responsibilities
- Drain motor oil and change oil filter
- Grease chassis fittings
- Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
- Inspect and top off fluids
- Assist customers in selecting oil type and other services
- Deliver excellent customer service both verbally and in writing
- Process payment for services performed
- Perform coolant exchanges and fill services
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
- Maintain cleanliness of shop, office, and bathroom
Requirements
- Must have a positive attitude and be outgoing
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- Reliable transportation is required
- Willingness to learn about oils and services
