About the position

The Luxury Auto Sales Consultant at Friendly Acura of Middletown is responsible for assisting customers in finding their ideal luxury vehicle while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This role involves building relationships with customers, guiding them through the purchase process, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in selecting and customizing luxury vehicles to meet their needs and preferences
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, including conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and handling paperwork
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements

  • Prior experience in luxury auto sales or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
