About the position
The Luxury Automated Shading Sales Consultant role at CTL Companies involves providing expert consultation and sales of luxury automated window shading solutions for residential and commercial clients. The consultant will leverage their sales skills, product knowledge, and design insight to create customized shading solutions that enhance clients' spaces and lifestyles. This position requires strong relationship management and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients, architects, interior designers, and builders to assess window treatment needs.
- Develop and present customized proposals for automated window treatment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting luxury automated shading features and benefits.
- Stay current on industry trends and product advancements in automated window treatments.
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in luxury home technology, commercial AV, window treatments, or interior design.
- Strong understanding of automated shading and drapery systems, including motorized solutions.
- High proficiency in creating and presenting proposals with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of home automation systems and integration with window treatments is preferred.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple client projects with attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Lutron, Crestron, Hunter Douglas, and Hartmann & Forbes products.
