About the position

RFA Décor, an art and framing company located in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the home furnishings industry. This role is ideal for a Retail Sales Manager who has experience managing both inside and outside sales professionals, and who possesses a strong background in hospitality. The successful candidate will report directly to the Owner, providing an opportunity to influence the company's operations and culture. We are looking for someone who values teamwork and is eager to contribute to an environment where every team member's efforts are recognized and appreciated. In this position, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to the sales team, ensuring that we meet or exceed our sales goals. This includes training and developing team members, monitoring sales results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and driving customer retention and repeat purchases. The manager will also provide coaching and feedback to team members on their performance, review sales reports to identify areas for improvement, and assist sales associates in closing deals when necessary. Additionally, the manager will ensure that the sales team is informed about new sales and promotions, research competition to stay updated on products, pricing, and promotions, and assist customers with purchasing and delivery arrangements. The role also involves following up with customers on special requests, delivering exceptional service to build customer loyalty, and acquiring referrals. The National Sales Manager will be tasked with researching and developing the hospitality business as well as the To-The-Trade business. Continuous improvement in product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional strategies will be achieved through ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development.

Responsibilities
