About the position

The Luxury Bridal Manager at Jared is a pivotal role within the Galleria of Jewelry stores, designed to enhance the bridal shopping experience for guests. This position is not only about achieving sales goals but also about fostering a superior guest experience through expert knowledge of bridal merchandise. The Luxury Bridal Manager will oversee the performance of bridal sales, ensuring that the store meets its sales targets while providing exceptional service to customers. This role involves implementing product education provided by Signet, launching new timepiece merchandise, and developing training plans to address areas of opportunity within the store. In this role, the Luxury Bridal Manager will serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring that their shopping needs are prioritized. The manager will consistently monitor guest flow and assist in matching guests with the appropriate team members to enhance their shopping experience. Additionally, the Luxury Bridal Manager will be responsible for supervising bridal merchandise, training team members on product knowledge, and ensuring that all promotional activities are executed effectively. This includes overseeing visual displays and merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers. The Luxury Bridal Manager will also collaborate closely with the management team to evaluate sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement. This includes coordinating training plans to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to guest complaints and issues, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and courteously. Overall, the Luxury Bridal Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and creating a memorable shopping experience for bridal customers at Jared.

Responsibilities

  • Serve guests and promote store sales
  • Consistently attain sales and performance standards
  • Promote an environment of total guest satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional Guest experience by utilizing the Clienteling system
  • Monitor the flow of Guests and assist with matching Team Members
  • Supervise bridal merchandise and train Team Members on bridal products
  • Oversee implementation and administration of bridal merchandise
  • Develop and maintain complete knowledge of all bridal merchandise
  • Act as a point of contact with vendor partners
  • Evaluate areas of opportunity regarding bridal brands and coordinate training plans
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on recruiting and hiring
  • Communicate pertinent information relating to Team Members
  • Respond to Guest complaints and issues in a prompt manner
  • Assist management team with primary responsibilities in their absence
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness with selling procedures
