The Luxury Leasing Consultant at AIR Communities is a sales-driven role focused on leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to residents. Responsibilities
- Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects.
- Schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of the community.
- Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
- Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
- Contribute to community marketing efforts.
- Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
Requirements
- 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in goal setting and achievement.
- Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
