About the position

The Luxury Lifestyle Manager is responsible for coordinating services and activities within a luxury apartment community, ensuring high levels of customer service and resident satisfaction. This role involves planning and promoting social and recreational programs, managing concierge services, and serving as the first point of contact for residents. The Lifestyle Manager works closely with the Director of Hospitality to enhance resident experiences and facilitate events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate general services and activities of the apartment community.
  • Communicate with residents regarding questions or concerns and resolve issues or refer them to appropriate associates.
  • Plan, implement, and promote social and recreational programs for property residents.
  • Manage event planning and concierge services at the property level.
  • Assist the Director of Hospitality in creating event budgets and overseeing VIP guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations during events.
  • Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote resident events.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
  • Greet and welcome all residents and guests by name, developing positive relationships.
  • Update resident software and oversee amenity and guest suite reservations.
  • Coordinate quarterly wine club events and monthly residential activities.
  • Manage the resident Wine Club and employee celebrations.
  • Provide information about local events and make reservations for residents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of leasing or industry experience.
  • Strong customer service skills with polished phone etiquette and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative skills and professional appearance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and excellent time management skills.
  • Proven experience as an events planner or organizer.

Nice-to-haves

  • BS in Event Management or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Event Management.
