About the position

The Luxury Pool Design & Sales Consultant role at Anthony & Sylvan Pools involves selling high-quality, custom-designed swimming pools while providing exceptional customer service. The consultant will meet with potential clients, create pool designs, and utilize persuasive sales techniques to close sales. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work under a commission-based pay structure.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to explain the features and merits of A&S pool ownership.
  • Create designs using Pool Studio software based on customer needs and expectations.
  • Determine customer pricing using Retail Cost Breakdown (RCB) methodology and consult with the Regional Sales Manager as needed.
  • Update the CRM database daily with customer information, sales status, and follow-up timelines.
  • Prepare status reports including activity logs and sales disposition reports from the CRM database.
  • Run appointments as assigned by the Lead Manager and coordinate personal schedule accordingly.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers until the pool is sold or they are no longer interested.
  • Present company and marketing information to customers in a planned format.
  • Pursue local club memberships for networking and developing business relationships.
  • Assist in developing marketing efforts and sales presentation materials.
  • Meet monthly with the Regional Sales Manager to review progress against sales plans.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Three plus years of successful B to C sales experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of CRM software.
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Comfortable with a 100% commission pay structure.
