About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Johnny Was is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the retail experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Sell products and maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Style customers and provide personalized shopping experiences.
• Manage cash wrap and process transactions accurately.
• Restock merchandise and maintain overall shop cleanliness.
• Build and maintain a clientele base through effective outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Address customer issues with patience and a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of retail experience, preferably in women's contemporary fashion.
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic personality.
• Ability to operate an iPad-based point of sales system and email.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending/stooping/kneeling.
