The Luxury Retail Sales Stylist at Anne Fontaine is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional client experiences in a boutique setting. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, engaging with clients, and maintaining the store's visual appeal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and a passion for luxury fashion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
- Drive KPIs through head-to-toe styling with the entire collection
- Exceed all sales goals by maximizing walk-in client sales
- Engage and connect with clients on a personal level to develop relationships after the sale
- Build a clientele book to drive sales over the phone and by sending out consignment boxes
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in Retail Sales
- Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
