The Luxury Retail Sales Stylist at Anne Fontaine is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional client experiences in a boutique setting. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
• Drive KPIs through head-to-toe styling with the entire collection
• Exceed all sales goals by maximizing walk-in client sales
• Engage and connect with clients on a personal level to develop relationships after the sale
• Build a clientele book to drive sales over the phone and by sending out consignment boxes
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in Retail Sales
• Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
