Luxury Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform stock checks for customers and in support of sales associates
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
• Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner
• Interact with customers as they enter the store
• Respond to customer's questions quickly and accurately
• Determine customer's needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
• Assist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as needed
• Work with stock and sales associates effectively to ensure a fast and seamless customer experience in the fitting rooms
• Provide the highest level of customer service to each customer
• Perform merchandise handling and visual tasks to standard throughout the store
• Prepare merchandise to go out onto sales floor with correct hangers, tickets etc. as required
• Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms and Cashwrap; process and run go-backs
• Work with the cashier team to efficiently wrap and bag merchandise
• Maintain a clean and orderly Cashwrap area
• Facilitate better customer service between Associate & customer by managing wrapping and reducing waiting time

Requirements

• Must have the ability to safely lift and carry 30 pounds
• Must have the ability to interact with customers with a high level of enthusiasm, great customer service and patience
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Must be aware of and comply with all cash management policies and procedures
• 2 years of apparel retail experience required
