About the position

The Luxury Sales Associate position at POURED involves working with premium luxury and contemporary brands in fashion. Associates will assist on the sales floor, support the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product standards and store cleanliness. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing associates to choose shifts based on their availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the sales floor and fitting room
• Support the in-house sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in the stock room
• Adhere to product standards when handling merchandise
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store

Requirements

• Must have access to an iOS device
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Some retail experience preferred
• Driven, self-motivated to succeed
• Excellent time management skills and workplace integrity
• Customer oriented attitude
