This position involves handling consultations, scheduling appointments, and generating enthusiasm for the company's offerings, supported by warm leads from the marketing team. The role requires a confident, customer-centric individual with a proven sales track record, aiming to enhance patient experiences while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with warm leads and conduct consultations.
• Build rapport with potential patients and explain product and service capabilities.
• Overcome objections and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
• Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
• Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
• Check patients in/out and maintain a clean and professional clinic environment.
• Restock inventory and assist clinicians with room turnover.
• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience required, preferably in a commission-based structure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay attentive to patients.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry.
