About The Position

The Luxury Sales Consultant position at Bert Smith Automotive involves engaging with customers to sell high-end automotive brands. Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience is preferred but not necessarily required.
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for hi-line brands.
  • Must be professional and well spoken.
  • Ability to communicate clearly via phone, text, email, and in person.
  • Must be driven and have a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to think outside of the box.
  • Passion for the brand and delighting clients.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in luxury automotive sales.
  • Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from customers via email, text, phone, and in person in a timely manner.
  • Properly demonstrate the product and perform test drives.
  • Interact cordially and professionally with customers and fellow employees alike.
  • Properly qualify clients and ask for the sale.
  • Follow-up with prospective clients and prospect new business using various prospecting tools.
