About the position

As a Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) at LaserAway, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service while driving sales for our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services. This role requires a confident, customer-centric individual with a proven sales track record, who will handle consultations and generate enthusiasm for our non-invasive procedures, supported by warm leads from our marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with warm leads and conduct consultations.
• Describe LaserAway's treatments and build rapport with potential patients.
• Explain product and service capabilities and overcome objections.
• Prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
• Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
• Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
• Check patients in/out and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and professional clinic, restock inventory, and assist clinicians with room turnover.
• Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience required, commission base structure preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay attentive to patients.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a customer service role within the aesthetic or medical field.
• Knowledge of financing options for cosmetic procedures.
