The Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) at LaserAway plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for non-surgical cosmetic services. This position involves engaging with potential patients, conducting consultations, and promoting LaserAway's treatments, all while working in a supportive and innovative environment that encourages professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with warm leads and conduct consultations.
- Build rapport with potential patients and explain product and service capabilities.
- Overcome objections and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
- Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
- Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
- Check patients in/out and maintain a clean and professional clinic environment.
- Restock inventory and assist clinicians with room turnover.
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience required, preferably in a commission-based structure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay attentive to patients.
- Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-haves
