About the position

As a Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) at LaserAway, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service while driving sales for our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services. This role involves handling consultations, generating enthusiasm for our procedures, and working with warm leads provided by our marketing team. You will be part of a supportive and innovative environment that fosters professional growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with warm leads and conduct consultations.
• Build rapport with potential patients and explain product and service capabilities.
• Overcome objections and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
• Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
• Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
• Check patients in/out and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and professional clinic, restock inventory, and assist clinicians with room turnover.
• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience required, commission base structure preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay attentive to patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a medical or aesthetic environment.
• Knowledge of non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
