Responsibilities

• Initiate sales by scheduling appointments with warm leads and conducting initial consultations.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential patients and explaining product and service capabilities.
• Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
• Create client retention by upselling additional products and services.
• Manage front desk duties, ensuring a positive experience for patients and maintaining a clean clinic.
• Assist clinicians by preparing rooms between appointments.
• Uphold brand standards for the clinic, including dress code and etiquette.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience required, preferably in a commission-based structure.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay attentive to patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
