About the position

The Luxury Sales Specialist serves as a brand ambassador for O'GARA, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and educating customers about luxury vehicles. This role involves engaging with customers, showcasing products, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom and assist with controlling customer flow.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging, educating, and exciting prospective customers about the brand and vehicles.
  • Tour customers around the showroom and exterior lot, showcasing vehicles and merchandise.
  • Attend required training classes and sales meetings to become a subject matter expert on brand products.
  • Utilize CRM databases and tools to achieve and exceed target goals for customer interactions.
  • Gather customer information to transition them to the sales team effectively.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by exceeding individual and store sales goals.
  • Assist with preparing and staging vehicles for scheduled appointments or deliveries.
  • Execute customer documents during vehicle deliveries and assist with setting up personal vehicle preferences.
  • Promote the brand and events through company social media accounts.
  • Participate in opening and closing showroom procedures.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience in the high-end luxury industry (clothing, jewelry, auto, etc.)
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experience with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry.
  • High level of proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and software applications (especially MS Office, Google Docs).
  • Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) is desired.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to troubleshoot vehicle technology features.
  • Strong professionalism and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great attention to detail and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Driver License and be insurable.
