About the position

The Luxury Specialist serves as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and educating clients about the company's vehicles. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all clients entering the store
  • Excite, engage and educate prospective clients
  • Elegantly hand over the qualified client to the correct salesperson
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets
  • Attend all required training classes and sales meetings
  • Obtain the training necessary for factory qualifications and product knowledge for each model
  • Make regular contacts by means outlined by management such as floor time, phone time, email, and personal visits
  • Take test drives with customers according to management's guidelines for personal safety
  • Present management of all offers made by customers to purchase vehicles
  • Enter all prospects/customers into the CRM
  • Arrange the appointment for customers and contact the customer before/after the appointment
  • Maintain factory customer satisfaction requirements
  • Maintain showroom areas up to standard and communicate with Managers to order any needed items
  • Showcase cars with all first-time clients
  • Prepare and stage vehicles in advance of any scheduled appointments
  • Instruct and inform clients on vehicle features
  • Troubleshoot vehicle technology features
  • Master all respective brand products: models, stats, price ranges, years, colors, and vehicle optionality
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Managers

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience in high-end industry (clothing, jewelry, auto, etc.)
  • Must have a valid Driver License and be insurable
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry
  • Ability to troubleshoot vehicle technology features
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Great attention to detail with strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM desired
