About the position

The Senior Visual Merchandising Designer will be responsible for creating and pitching innovative window displays, retail activations, and fixture programs that align with the luxury brand's identity. This role requires a strong design sensibility and the ability to produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings, ensuring manufacturability and assembly considerations are met.

Responsibilities

• Design and pitch Window Displays, retail activations, and fixture programs that reflect brand identity.
• Develop highly detailed and production-ready 3D models and technical drawings using Rhino CAD or similar software.
• Render concepts with realistic color, lighting, materials, and textures efficiently.
• Create innovative design concepts, sketches, and renderings to communicate ideas to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and technical specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and present ideas to internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience in Visual Merchandising, Industrial Design, or Interior Design.
• Portfolio of work featuring Visual Merchandising and/or retail activation projects.
• Advanced hand sketching skills.
• Advanced 3D rendering skills using Rhino, 3ds Max, and Vray.
• Strong design sensibility and point of view.
