As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Covenant Medical Group, you will provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment that values your contributions. Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-focused care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
• Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 18 months licensed nursing experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year Office nursing experience.
