About The Position
We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! The position is with SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - Bay, primarily covering the Santa Clara, San Jose and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience as an LVN in an acute environment. This role involves providing nursing care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician, in accordance with the legal scope of practice and established standards of care, policies, and procedures. The candidate will integrate education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to gain confidence and cooperation from patients and their families. Responsibilities include exercising sound judgment, implementing the patient's plan of care based on diagnosis, and supporting departmental functionality by distributing supplies and performing equipment maintenance. Adherence to all local/state/federal regulations is essential to ensure privacy and safety in delivering optimal patient care.
