About the position

The LVN/RN General Manager at Gameday Men's Health is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Hanford clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role combines clinical expertise with managerial responsibilities, focusing on revenue growth, inventory management, and quality assurance in a unique men's healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the provider during patient visits and perform clinical duties as needed to ensure exceptional patient service.
• Support high-value sales, manage membership cancellations, follow up on declined payments, and implement local marketing initiatives.
• Oversee medical supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and maintain stock through Amazon and other suppliers.
• Conduct compliance and quality assurance checks, monitor patient care standards, and minimize staff errors.
• Lead staff, encourage positive patient reviews, and ensure the clinic environment remains welcoming and professional.

Requirements

• Active LVN or RN license in California
• Minimum of 2 years as an RN, with experience managing a team and handling administrative tasks
• Versatile skillset to support various clinic functions and departments as needed
• Proven ability to lead direct reports and create a positive work culture.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in aesthetics or cash-pay healthcare is a plus
• Administrative experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
