Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws.
• Observe and report the patient's nursing needs to the supervising RN.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, family members, and agency staff regarding patient care issues.
• Document patient visits thoroughly and completely per policy and payer requirements.
• Maintain an accurate and current medication listing.

Requirements

• Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable vehicle.
• CPR Certification.
