About the position

The CHEP LVR Representative is responsible for executing multiple less-than-truckload deliveries and collections daily, focusing on route and volume optimization. This role involves developing partnerships with customers and internal teams, implementing key growth components of the CHEP LVR Program, and training teammates on new processes. The position requires compliance with DOT regulations and CHEP safety requirements while ensuring efficient operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP owned box truck in compliance with DOT regulations and CHEP safety requirements.
• Execute deliveries and collections of empty pallets and other assets efficiently.
• Work with local customers on program compliance to drive efficiencies and increase collection volumes.
• Document all delivery and collection data and communicate to CHEP LVR support personnel.
• Visit potential collection locations to explain the CHEP LVR Program and gather data.
• Develop, communicate, and implement improved processes focusing on key performance areas within LVR operations.
• Partner with internal resources to build and execute project plans.
• Serve as a resource and trainer for LVR Representatives on key performance areas.

Requirements

• Willing to lift 65 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card with no restrictions.
• Able to execute and optimize provided delivery/collection routes.
• Strong communication skills and on-the-fly problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously and developing relationships with new customers.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in multi-stop driving.
