LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of large M&A deals and partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and managing dependencies. Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of large M&A deals and partnerships
• Partner closely with domain Product managers and Tech leads
• Ensure end-to-end requirements are clearly documented
• Maintain visibility and tracking of deal roadmap to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
• Oversee successful execution of projects
• Ensure upstream and downstream dependencies are understood and documented
• Manage financials for the deal
• Implement a governance model and tools to manage scope and drive resolution of issues
• Provide updates to senior management and clients

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• 7+ years experience driving large-scale transformational initiatives with program management disciplines
• Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with various levels within the organization
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Desire to drive a world-class experience for clients and partners
• Strong understanding of Agile processes and tools
