About the position

The M&A Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the post-integration phase of mergers and acquisitions for a $10B nonprofit healthcare service provider. This position focuses on optimizing the operating model, coordinating integration plans, and managing cultural and change communications to ensure successful transitions and synergies are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Advisory support for deal considerations and diligence.
• Optimizing operating model and organization design.
• Identifying synergies and developing a coordinated plan to achieve measured synergies.
• Developing and executing integration plans for Day 1+ activities.
• Coordinating communications for culture and change management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in M&A Post-Transaction Integrations at the Project Management level.
• Strong finance background.
