About the position

The M&A Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the post-integration phase of mergers and acquisitions for a $10B nonprofit healthcare service provider. This position focuses on optimizing the operating model, coordinating integration plans, and managing communications related to culture and change management. The role is fully remote with some travel requirements, aimed at achieving significant growth through M&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support for deal considerations and diligence in M&A transactions.
• Optimize the operating model and organization design post-transaction.
• Identify synergies and develop a coordinated plan to achieve measured synergies.
• Develop and execute the integration plan for Day 1 and beyond.
• Coordinate communications for culture and change management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in M&A Post-Transaction Integrations at the Project Management level.
• Strong finance background required for consideration.
