Responsibilities

• Manage post-transaction integrations as a Project Manager.
• Provide advisory support for deal considerations and due diligence.
• Optimize operating model and organization design.
• Identify synergies and develop a coordinated plan to achieve them.
• Develop and execute integration plans for Day 1 and beyond.
• Coordinate communications for culture and change management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in M&A Post-Transaction Integrations at the Project Management level.
• Strong finance background required.
• Experience in advisory support for deal considerations and diligence.
