About the position
The Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Server who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Server position provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options. Responsibilities
- Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to the Four Seasons service standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
- Serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional way, making sure the guest is 100% satisfied.
- Communicate with guests, including the menu and all other requests of their tables.
- Using menu knowledge and expertise recommend items to guests based upon their needs.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- 3 to 5 years previous experience in a similar environment.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage, including local cuisine, and/or Asian cuisines.
- Experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States.
