Quisitive is seeking an M365 Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies. This role is pivotal in driving solutions that transform a customer's business, significantly impacting collaboration and productivity. The OCM Consultant will work on a project basis, focusing on the design and implementation of how people interact with Microsoft technology and adapting processes surrounding updates to technology within the Microsoft ecosystem. The responsibilities of the OCM Consultant include assessing a client's current state to understand their baseline change needs, completing change management assessments, and identifying key stakeholders. The consultant will work closely with sponsors to define project goals and success criteria, partnering with clients, project managers, and technologists to create recommendations and implement solutions based on Microsoft and Quisitive best practices. The role also involves designing and delivering change management solutions that may include communications, employee development, training, and governance. Additionally, the OCM Consultant will apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities within the defined scope of the project Statement of Work (SOW). They will design and facilitate Change Management Workshops to help organizations understand how Microsoft tools can be effectively configured and rolled out to meet or exceed business goals. The consultant will also provide insights into new opportunities based on knowledge gained during engagements, and will be responsible for developing sponsorship, coaching employees, and managing resistance to change. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build healthy relationships, and a commitment to accountability and integrity. The OCM Consultant will work both independently and as part of a team, leading small OCM project teams when necessary, and will be expected to engage with a diverse range of individuals across the organization.
