About the position

The M365 Messaging Migration Specialist will lead the planning and execution of M365 Messaging Migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions for clients. This role requires expertise in M365 Engineering, particularly in SharePoint On-Prem and Online, as well as migration and support capabilities. The specialist will oversee the administration of MS Exchange Online, implement messaging services, and provide expert support to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of M365 Messaging Migration projects to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
• Oversee the administration of MS Exchange Online to maintain optimal performance and security.
• Provide expert support for MS Exchange Admin tasks, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Implement and manage M365 Messaging services to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization.
• Design and implement messaging services that meet the specific needs of the company and its clients.
• Utilize Office 365 ATP to protect the organization from advanced threats and ensure data security.
• Manage O365 Encryption to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging services with other IT systems and applications.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using messaging services and tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all messaging services and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in messaging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to messaging services to minimize downtime and disruption.

Requirements

• M365 M&A (Merger and Acquisition) expertise with 10 years of experience (Preferred).
• M365 Engineering expertise with 10 years of experience (Preferred).
• SharePoint On-Prem expertise with 10 years of experience (Preferred).
• On-line Migration and support expertise with 10 years of experience (Preferred).
• Experience with other M365 suites, Teams, Exchange with 10 years of experience (Preferred).
• SharePoint Infra Admin experience with 8 years (Preferred).
• SharePoint Migration /Nintex Workflows/Infopath experience with 8 years (Preferred).
• M365 Exchange/Messaging experience with 8 years (Preferred).
