About the position

The M365 Records Management Specialist at Millican & Associates, Inc. is responsible for managing records and information using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint. This role requires extensive experience in SharePoint development and a strong understanding of software development life cycles. The specialist will work in a hybrid environment, contributing to various projects and ensuring compliance with records management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage SharePoint online solutions for records management.
  • Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate for form and workflow development.
  • Implement and maintain retention labels and sensitivity labels in Microsoft Purview.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective records management practices are followed.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide project management support as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of SharePoint online development experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Power Apps Form and Power Automate development.
  • Comprehensive working experience across all phases of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
  • Experience using SharePoint out of the box features such as JSON, Site Column, Content query (KQL), Microsoft forms, Microsoft Purview, Sensitivity Label, and Retention Labels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves
