About the position

I.T. Worx is seeking an experienced Mac Computer and iOS Repair Technician to perform hardware repairs on Apple devices. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, the technician will utilize prescribed parts, tools, and techniques to ensure optimal functionality of Mac computers and iOS devices. This full-time position offers opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Mac computers and iOS devices, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for precise troubleshooting and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair processes and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and repair techniques to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Deep level knowledge of the Mac Platform
• Functional understanding of iOS troubleshooting
• High level of attention to detail
• An investigative nature
• Punctuality and reliability in attendance
• Driver's License (Required)
• 1 year of macOS troubleshooting experience (Required)
• 1 year of mobile phone repair experience (Required)

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications, Apple Tech IDs, CompTIA A+, and Windows experience are not required but are helpful.
