About the position
I.T. Worx is seeking a Mac and iOS Repair Technician to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time position involves performing hardware repairs on Apple Mac, iPhone, and iOS devices as part of an Apple Authorized Service Provider. The technician will utilize prescribed parts, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality service. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and requires a strong understanding of the Mac platform and iOS troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware repairs on Apple Mac, iPhone, and iOS devices.
- Utilize prescribed parts, tools, and techniques as an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on Mac and iOS devices.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all repairs and services.
Requirements
- Deep level knowledge of the Mac platform.
- Functional understanding of iOS troubleshooting.
- 1 year of experience in macOS troubleshooting.
- 1 year of experience in mobile phone repair.
- Driver's License is required.
Nice-to-haves
- Certifications such as Apple Tech IDs and CompTIA A+ are helpful but not required.
- Windows experience is beneficial.
